I have consistently used the same solution, which runs around $79 for a 64oz. bottle, plus min. shipping cost of $16. The solution I used was great, but was getting too expensive. I was looking for a good alternative & decided on ordering this. I was nervous, because I wasn't sure if I would get the right % DHA. I am fair/med skin. I tan in the sun. I decided on the Medium 8.5% Dark Tint. I was worried the 12% would just be too dark. So far, I am happy with the product. I have high expectations, because of the other solution i had used was good stuff. The Ocean solution is a bit runnier, so i had to adjust my airbrush gun's flow. The fall/winter season is the best time to try something new, since you won't be wearing shorts much.. I have not felt like it turned my skin orange at all. And, like the other reviewers have said, the smell is pleasant, & doesn't have the typical "self tanner" stench. I'm not sure yet on the duration of how long my spray tan will look good & how well it will wear off. I have ordered a more expensive brand just to see if I would like it better and I chose Ocean by far. The smell of the product was pleasant, and when I called the customer care line to ask for instructions on a few things I spoke to an actual friendly, knowledgeable person right away. Their product came fast, on-time and wrapped well.
