I’ve been using these for like a month now and I’ve seen some good results. I play sports and I’ve seen better energy and better performance when playing. They smell a lil off n taste a lil funny but they’re good. I recommend

Taste not all that my kid and benefits not yet known but not bad and he is able to eat them so we are cautiously satisfied.

Excellent bioavailable vitamins. My son is severely autistic, and one of his issues he has a problem methylating vitamins. His nails used to be a little brittle, things like that. I started him on these vitamins, not the new omega-3 ones but the old formula and they were spectacularly. All his numbers went up and it’s made a huge difference in his life. I noticed a difference in his hair, skin and nails as well as his cognition.

My daughter has been taking this for a while, (hasn’t finished a jar.) Haven’t necessarily notice a difference just yet, but the reason for my five star review is because it is one of the few multivitamins for children that has folate instead of folic acid. This is very important for people with MTHFR, which happens to make up 40% of the population. However, it’s important to know it doesn’t have iron in it. It works out in our cases as my daughter is currently on a higher iron supplement.

They might work but for the price I could not stand the taste of them. They actually tasted awful

Love that the new formula only requires 2 gummies a day. My son says they taste great. No stomach issues or problems swallowing them. I like this brand and will stick with them. Great value and quality.
