It does give you a mental boost in the morning I have mine with a heaped T spoon of powder in a pint of water. This really does the trick not only is the powder really good but the water hits that much need hydration level in the morning before eating breakfast…

First thing I noticed was how great the taste was! I bought the mango flavour, it tastes very refreshing and i look forward to drinking it! I definitely notice a difference in my energy levels and mood when i drink this. I suffer from a chronic illness and this helps me to feel a bit more 'normal' on days i cant seem to keep my eyes open. I will be repurchasing this when it runs out.

OMG!! This stuff tastes amazing! I never ever thought I would enjoy a green juice. I hate matcha, I hate anything grassy or earthy tasting.The mango flavour is so sweet and delicious. I can't stop drinking it! I really thought it would be a chore to drink a daily greens juice but this flavour makes it so fun!And no blending required! You just mix a heaped teaspoon with cold water.I'm in shock and just over the moon!!

Wanted to find something that will give my BOADY all it needs. Order this in mango taste amazing after three days felt great but started to notice I was dr-hydrated and my poo was hard causing anxiety when you needed the toilet. Stoped taking it and am starting to soften. It dos contain lots of fibre so not sure if it’s my system or the drink. Will try it again in a week when I am back to normal. And see what happens. So it’s something you should look out for and consider

So far I cannot say if there are any benefits but the taste is good. I was worried it wouldn't taste nice but it does
