The media could not be loaded. Strong as well as easy to handle ( light weight) product. Must buy product. Shines good and good capacity also. Nice.

Not a good quality
The bottom of the glasses turned to copper color. I felt it's not a good quality. I wouldn't buy it again.

Product quality not good and return pickup not arranged
Product quality is not good and has black marks , when requested for return from app, no pickup arranged. 5 times requested for return, no pickup arranged and customer service pickup too rejected now I can’t arrange more pickup so they ask to keep the items and no further action will be taken. Worst customer service from Amazon.

Rusted in first wash itself
I have just got done first wash for new glasses and that too with soft scotch bright and this got rusted. I haven't even used them and this is called "Stainless steel".It's overly exaggerated description food grade steel / heavy duty metal / resit rust. Really?Thanks to amazon for return.Hammered glasses looked very good, sturdy and size is good. But this is NOT steel or stainless steel. It is just very thin layering over iron, else wont rust.Otherwise it could have been 5/5 for the price point.
