is this really an automatic watch as the description says?

No, it is not ....Japanese quartz movement but main second counter sweeps like automatic watch.

Does the bezel rotate?

No. Chronographs generally don't have rotating bezels. If you want a rotating bezel look at Diver Watches.

is it really an automatic/mechanical watch? or runs on battery? many customer reviews suggests its a qurtz watch also description doesnt match picture

It’s a mecha-quartz movement. The watch itself is quartz with a mechanical secondhand for the chronograph function. Runs on battery.

En el titulo dice aitimatico y en las características dice qej es de cuarzo, al fin que es?, necwsiti estar seguro para comorar.

We apologize for the confusion, we will have this corrected the soonest. This is a battery operated type of watch.
