shelf slide
the shelf wont slide out easily as it is not locked at the base. so if anything heavy is kept, you have to hold it at the base to make the top shelf slide out

Not as shown in the video
The baskets do not slide independent of each other as shown in the video. The entire rack is only moving where the bottom rack can't be moved.

This is an expensive product, but it looks neat & can hold a lot of folded clothes.

Video shows a different product
The photos are correct but not the video. The racks do not slide independent of each other. The bottom rack does not move at all unless you are moving the entire product. The top racks move because they have the lower rack to ground it. Very disappointed.
