I’ve had knee discomfort my entire life. It has increased with age (almost 51) and weight gain. I can tell you most vitamins i take, I have zero clue if they are working but still I take them. 100% any time I run out of my black seed oil, in a few days the knee discomfort feeling comes back. I’ve taken this by the spoonful and in pill form. Both work for me the same, I can confirm. I’ve bought another brand of this in oil form that’s sold in the expensive grocery store WF’s. Haven't taken it enough times to tell if it is doing anything at this point, but I can say it hasn't had an bad side effects so far either. Time will tell I guess. But I do trust the NOW products!
