Great for Xbox Live as well
I bought this headset to use a replacement for the headset that comes with Xbox Live (the online service for Xbox game consoles). The standard Xbox Live headset is very clumsy and fragile. Fortunately, it can be replaced with any headset that uses a standard 1/8" jack. All you do is disconnect the standard headset from the adapter (the block thing with the volume control that plugs into your Xbox controller), and connect the Jabra in its place. It takes a little force to push it in all the way, but otherwise it fits perfectly. The other reason I wanted to replace the Xbox headset is because with some Xbox games (like Mech Assault 2), if I want to wear headphones, I need to wear them over the headset. As you can imagine, that's uncomfortable. The Jabra headset fits over the ear and is flush against the head. While I'm wearing it, I can comfortably wear my headphones over it.Not only does this headset work with my Xbox, but it works with my cordless phone and my cell phone. That makes this headset a great value. The sound is very good, and everyone I talk to says my voice is clear. I think this is a great headset, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good headset, but prepare to replace
I have now gone through 3 of these headsets. They last for about 6 months and then the stop working. What's good about these headsets is that they are extremely comfortable (I forget I have it on), you don't need to carry a charger like a blue tooth headset, and they are easy to hear because the ear piece goes into your ear canal. That said, every single one has stopped working after 6 months. I have gone through 3 of them now.I still like them and recommend them. Just realize you will need to replace it in 6 months. I bouth 4 the last time that I purchased them.

Great value
This is the first headset of this type I have ever owned, in fact I always thought of a headset as being over the top of your head with a boom mike. I own a few of those. I was worried that I wouldn't like it, that it would be uncomfortable, and that it wouldn't work very well. On the contrary, it is very comfortable for both my wife and I and it works better than any of the other headsets that I own. The sound is very clear and no one has ever said they couldn't hear me. It's too bad Amazon.com doesn't sell it directly because using the other sellers, the shipping is twice what the product cost is. After reading some of the other reviews about how flimsy the wires are, I decided to buy three of them (they are cheap) and the shipping only went up slightly. I think the quality is quite good, especially for the price. We now have one for the cell phone and two for the land lines around the house.

try the jabra C150 instead
I have tried a few earpieces on my various cell phones over the years. I bought and tried this one. There have been worse. But... this product is just not comfortable; It is also difficult to manage. The way the piece goes around the ear is clumsy, and trying to get the earpiece in while keeping the "ear-hook" part in place is difficult.Sound is OK if you can get all things positioned right - but it is too much of a challenge. The Jabra C150 is much more comfortable, easy to deal with and the sound is great from both ends (hearing others, and others hearing you) - I recommend that one.

Decent Handsfree Device
This is my second Jabra. This one seems larger than the last one I had, and sometimes it slips out of my ear (I am an average-sized female). Sometimes callers say they can't hear me so well on it - maybe it depends on the connection. But most of the time people can hear me without a problem, and I use the Jabra every day. The sound is excellent. My biggest gripe is that these are not built to last for a long time. But for the price, this is a pretty good handsfree device until I find a better one.

This won't work with any computer p
I've worked in six call centers and have two laptops I've never seen a connection like this it won't fit with any computer I've ever worked with it certainly won't fit on any cell phone I've ever owned so I have no idea what this is supposed to go to The end on it that I was expecting is not here

Awkward to attach
Not bad. Once you get it attached to the phone and hooked around your ear, then the sound and quality is very good. I have a Treo 600 and have a little trouble getting the plug to attach. I often need to push in a little harder from time to time. Also, earpiece is a little tricky and awkward to wrap around your ear. Takes a little getting used to and then falls out rather easily.

OK Headset
It works OK, although several folks have said that it was hard to hear me. Not everyone, though, so there could have been other factors. The thing I like least is that it is hard to put on. Maybe it is just me. I'm accustomed to using headsets, but haven't found a quick way to put this on one-handed.

Very bad. Furthermore the set looks quite different than is ...
The order that I received was a Verizon mono headset (JABWAVET35) with a 3.5mm and a 2.5mm adapter. Only one gel that was attached to the headset was received. The 2.5mm adapter fits over the 3.5mm adapter and connects poorly to the 2.5mm connection on the phone jack. As a result conversations get disconnected frequently. Very bad. Furthermore the set looks quite different than is represented on the Amazon site. This has turned out to be a very bad purchase. I do not recommend it.
