This feels stiff at first--because you're expecting a pillow to be soft-- but when you get it situated just right, you can feel how it cradles you neck and allows your head & spine to straighten out. I don't sleep in mine all night, because I like to roll on my side, but an hour or so can do wonders for your neck & shoulders! I like the fabric smoothness and the colors.

I’ve had chronic neck pain for a while now, to the point of limited range of motion. I’ve tried other methods for relief, including specially designed sleeping pillows. My cervical pillow arrived today. So I tried it out for about 20 minutes. It supported my neck perfectly and there was immediate relief. When I got up, I could definitely feel an improvement. I’m looking forward to using this pillow daily, combined with some exercise to correct my posture and regain range of motion. Worth the price!

I pressure bruise super easy due to auto immune disorder, so this pillow is a bit hard for me. It is comfortable for first few days, but then my neck and base of head bruise. Not the pillow's fault, just know it is firm and not super squishy.

this is a nice neck support, But the bottom of the cushion is not flat, it is rounded. This means that it has no friction and will not really stay where you put it, It will roll. This limits it's usefulness in many situations.

Got rid of my persistent morning neck muscle aches, by giving just the right amount of support in the right area. The sides are a bit on the stiff side as another reviewer mentioned, but I got use to it easily.Also, I like how small and compact it is for travelling. I also like the quality materials and fit and finish, and how the cover zips off or laundering (haven't done this yet).

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a hard time sleeping. I read that a cervical pillow might help so I bought one that was much more expensive. My sleep improved but not to the extent I needed. Since I love to travel, I began looking for a compact version. THIS IS THE BOMB! I tried it watching TV and it helped and then I tried it while sleeping. I feel like I sleep longer and deeper and my Fitbit agrees. I've moved from high 60's/low70's to low to mid 80s. I just bought my second one to stay on my couch and join me in my travels. Highly recommend This is the bomb. Sleep quality:I sleep longer and deeper with this pillow. Love this pillow. I have arthritis down my neck and spine. I cannot use a regular pillow. I know this pillow is not a meant to be used to sleep. Yet, it does make it easier since I am a side sleeper. Keeps the head from falling and pulling in the neck.I usually just wash the pillow case. I felt it was time to wash the whole pillow. It states it can go in the washing machine. Holy Moly! Big mistake. The foam is like a boulder now. So heavy and extremely hard. It was once soft. I cannot use it anymore.DisappointingEdit: So, my cousin told me to try and put it back in the dryer a bit longer. 7 dryer cycles later… It is much softer. Not as it was to begin with but I will take it.I’m happy again. Also, the seller, so sweet, sent me an email which was appreciated.
