Update: been using this neck harness a long time consistently now and my neck is now muscular 20 inches!! Same size as Mike Tyson. I train neck 3 times a week with this. No adjustment of the strap on the top of the head. It will go over your eyes. And it came with the instructions for the other version (alpha) that has that adjustments. This thing is £60 down the drain
