Q: are these biscuits gluten free ?

I do not believe these Biscuits are gluten free.

Q: How long do you bake it?

The box says 14-16 minutes in preheated oven at 425°F (or until golden brown)

Q: How long do they last past use by date

I’m not sure of your question. Are you asking how long do they last after they are baked or are you asking about the expiration date on the box? I can answer the “after they are baked?” The best is the same day or no longer than the next day. The butter that is added the day they are baked is the best. When they cool, the butter flavoring will absorb more of the bread dough making them dry. I have taken them after the dinner and put them in a Ziploc bag for the next day nibbles. Hope this helps!
