Ephesus S6 | Auto Folding Mobility Scooter for Adults, Long Range and Removable Battery (Jet Black)

this is my first scooter and it does work very well I have used it 3 times on trips foe 3-4 hours each outing without any problems! Batteries hold charge very well. I am 72 and cannot lift it into my van by myself but someone is always traveling with me so they help putting it in and out of van. I am very glad I purchased this scooter that folds up so it takes up less space I have purchased front basket for it from company website and it is easy to attach. waiting to see if they develop basket for back of scooter. Their customer service deserve 5 stars. They are very helpful and have contacted me to see if I have any questions about the scooter.

Got the scooter on time allowed. When paid, the scooter arrived intact and safe. It was easy & smooth to maneuver & transfer portability. I am glad that we found this durable medical equipment.When being used, there was a screw loosed, and would not let the maneuvering piece do its purpose. So, we called and said our problem, and they entertained us right away.

We have had this scooter for 13 months. Initially it was fine. Easy to haul it around in the car since it was about 60 lbs. Used for vacations mostly because husband's back condition makes it difficult to walk around much. Then at about 1 year the seat support on one side broke. We saw a vital screw had fallen out. The screws used are really bad. We found most of them were loose on the chair support. Then 2 weeks later the seat slid off. 3 out of the 4 screws were gone! Really too bad, we thought it would be good for our needs but it is falling apart. Seat engineering is just bad.Update 1/2025 We paid almost $200 for repairs in November. Just finished a 5 day trip to Disney parks and the other side seat support broke. I can't believe how crappy this is made. My husband uses only it to go to the zoo or parks. So not that much. Please do not buy this product.

To be honest, I don't know much about this scooter yet but I do know that they have fantastic customer service. My first one arrived broken. I was having a terrible time trying to return it via Amazon so I went straight to the company. They were so very, very helpful. The second one arrived in perfect condition, we pulled it out of the box and used the remote to unfold it. Worked perfectly. I took it for a little spin and I was surprised by the speed. I have to learn to control that so I can stay with those walking beside me. I'm going shopping this weekend for the first time in years! Yay!

Had several issues with this product. Customer service got it replaced quickly. One of the remotes does not work from beginning and I was promised replacement remotes that never arrived. No response after several more attempts to get new remotes. Spent lot of money on this scooter that folds up with ease of a remote for there to be no follow up service on remotes. Praying this remote doesn’t stop working since I don’t have strength to fold it manually. Sad I can’t get the replacement remotes as promised

Liked scooter when first used, now a year + later and the frame is out of alignment, the fasteners coming loose and need constant attention and customer service does not respond to queries for help. Also since it is no longer available through Amazon it's unlikely that this review will make any difference.

Inicialmente se rompió el timón al levantarlo. Después de repararlo fue la mejor compra para mi papá. Fue feliz con su mobilidad asistida hasta disfrutó de los carnavales panameños que son muy buenos. El que se abra y cierre solo es un super plus aunque el respaldar ya no baja solo. Pueden agregarle luces de baterías apartes y cintas reflectivas. Le doy 5 porque al inicio puede que no lo operemos correctamente y los resultados obtenidos fueron satisfactorios

The media could not be loaded. I recently bought this scooter for my mom, so far she loves it. She folds and unfolds using the remote. This is more advance than the traditional scooters and easy to use. She is having problem with her knees and she even has trouble doing her daily routines. After buying this scooter we went to Disneyland with her. We travelled all day and there was still enough charge. She was really happy for being able to with us all day without any pain. It was definitely worth every penny! I strongly recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
