This 8" knife is absolutely Amazing! The Packaging was ripped so bad that the knife almost fell out of the bag it was shipped in. Not Amazon's fault or the fault of the company, but because of the carelessness of the usps. I opened the knife's box to make sure everything was ok. I am just amazed at how Beautiful this knife is and how much weight it has to it. It comes with it's own box to store it in, and also a really nice hard plastic cover! This is a beast of a knife. And extremely sharp!!! Not a knife for small children to handle or people that have shaky hands. I bought this for my 80 year old Aunt. She has very steady hands, otherwise, I wouldn't have bought this for her. It's such an Amazing knife that I'm going to have to get one for myself now. :)

Excellent value, they hold their edges for a long time. High quality product that I absolutely love. The weight is very nicely balanced and easy to use in multiple scenarios. The three knife selection provides flexibility in doing different types of cuts.

I purchased these kitchen knives in 2023, and I have to say—they’ve truly stood the test of time! Even my brother, who’s a sous chef, commented on how great they are for home use. They've remained sharp and rust-free with minimal maintenance, which is impressive. They slice cleanly and effortlessly through a variety of foods, making meal prep quick and easy. Definitely a worthwhile addition to any kitchen!

Handsome knives and very sharp! Hefty enough to comfortably work with.

I won’t lie I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as quality because I am just now getting into more higher end knives as a result of myself getting much more active in the kitchen and grilling.I spend probably 4-6 hours a day on Amazon, I am very diligent with my research and reading reviews, and on more expensive items I definitely take the time to read all the 1 star reviews to see what consistencies there are. With that being said I had high hopes for this set, and here is my honest initial review. (I will try to update this in a few weeks or months to include how these knives hold up over time)Immediately upon opening them they look very clean, they feel very nice in the hand and have a good weight to them. They are also very very sharp, I think the mid sized one has definitely been my favorite and seems sharper than the other 2, though the others are still VERY sharp too. For the price these knives are a pretty good bang for your buck. Honestly these are a good set for someone like me who’s just getting into higher end kitchen knives but doesn’t want to spend hundreds on nice knives with little to no knowledge of high carbon Damascus steel knives. I recently bought another Damascus knife from a company called Excaliblades, that one is definitely better but that’s to be expected when the single knife was 80$..With all of this in mind, I stick with my statement that they’re a good value for their price. Also on the topic of high carbon steel, it’s very important to properly care for them, always be sure to hand wash them immediately after use with non aggressive soap. Then dry immediately and apply a light coat of oil afterwards to prevent rusting.Overall I’ve only had these knives less than a week, but I give 4 stars for now. I will try to update this review after some time has passed to see how they’ve held up.

These knives were a gift and the nicest I've ever used. Had to get used to them after using dull knives all my life. They slice with no problem and can make the thinnest slices ever. The knives themselves look beautiful.

Love these . Seem invincible

I bought this set of knives because they look nice and they have plenty of good reviews, that and I have been using the same Wuesthoff knives for 30+ years and wanted to treat myself.When I received these knives, I was shocked how sharp they were. Now here it is 6months later they are still as sharp as they were on day one.Now I am a person that takes very good care of my knives and use the steel before every use, so that may help.Recently when hitting the steel, I noticed that there was a rough stop. I figured that I didn't clean it well and something was stuck to the blade. There was not, there was a chip out of the edge. How it got there I am not sure. So, I contacted Astety, and the replaced the entire set. The only thing that they asked for was my name address, and a picture of the damage if possible. I provided the information, and the knives came the next day.Not only are these good knives, the have great support and stand behind their products.If you love to cook, you will love these knives.
