Bumper case was bent when I received it and doesn’t fit phone because of it

Los materiales de excelente calidad, si quieres que tu celular el color se luzca es lo que necesitas, sin embargo puede sentirse liso al tacto, y dar la sensación de que se resbala; además de que se percibe un poco holgado lo que obvio se necesita para que entre bien.

I REALLY wanted to love this case but one flaw is too big of an issue (for me at least) below is my quick review.Pros:1. It fits my Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max very well2. Feels great in the hand3. Doesn't have any sharp edges or sides4. Raised bumps keep the phone from touching surfaces and makes it so the phone doesn’t wobble when placed on it’s back5. Very lightweight6. Shows off the back of the phone while looking very stylish7. Hides the sides (due to smudges and fingerprints because of the shiny material used on the Silver “white” color iPhone)Cons:1. It’s virtually impossible to access the mute switch if you don’t have long fingernails or use something (credit card or tip of a pen in my case) to get in there to flip the switch on or off.I use my mute switch daily (at work mostly) so this is a dealbreaker for me with a great case. I wish this was corrected but after reading other reviews, this has been an issue since the case was released and the case STILL hasn’t been updated to correct this issue unfortunately.A simple design issue stops this cases from being outstanding and unfortunately alienates people that don’t have long fingernails (mostly males I assume) or don’t want to deal with constantly using something to flip the mute switch on and off 😐

Unfortunately the product is not good. I was excited for it but as you can see in the pictures it does not even fit well with the phone and is bent in places. Would not recommend. Could not find a way to reach out to seller and I discarded my packaging.

Really nice, did come in a little bent but wasn’t something that completely killed it for me. For the price wasn’t to bed and really lets the phone feel slim
