Do not buy
Biggest mistake I've ever made in my life. I bought a product, even pretty in the pictures. But let's get to the facts.1- It has no suspension, so you transfer all the impacts to yourself.2- I didn't read it, so my mistake, but it only goes 20 miles, very little.3- It takes too long to charge.4- It's super heavy.5- The finish is horrible, a weld that looks like it was assembled in a third-rate mechanic's shop.In short, a really bad product. There's no way to return it.

Battery went dead under warranty 2 months no replacement
At first we loved it. Showed it off to everyone. Now the battery is faulty and under warranty but we are not getting help. Very disappointed in the time it has taken and we still don’t have it replaced. I’m definitely not saying nice things about this company at the moment and we own a bike repair shop. It’s bringing a lot of attention and for all the wrong reasons. Mototech needs to step up and honor the warranty.

Bad Battery
Originally bought it because I was desperate to have something to use to get to and from work without relying on Uber so much. Had it for a little over a year when the battery decided to stop wanting to charge. Haven't been able to find a replacement battery so now I have a dead scooter sitting in my garage for who knows how long until Mototech restocks their batteries.
