Purchased for tailgating to support a heavy flag. My old thin flagpole wasn't cut out for it. Pros: Veteran company; the aluminum construction is sturdy enough for a brisk wind with two flags at full mast. Not really cons, but I would label these as suggestions for the manufacturer: ditch the cheap Chinese made American flag that came with it - it's just not needed; regarding the base, consider making the base receptacle with two bolts that go through and secure the pole to the base - there is enough play even if tightening the bolt tight that the flagpole can wobble OR use a taller screw in design just slightly larger in OD than the pole itself; ditch the 3M protector patch - use a pool noodle or something else to protect the vehicle.Would I buy it again? Probably. But if the manufacturer could just make a couple of small changes, nobody would look at another flagpole.P.S. - the wife said this was overkill. I disagree completely!

The media could not be loaded.  Storm came without enough warning to drop the flag pole in time. My friend took this video from her tent while I was elsewhere holding down canopies from flying away during a sudden storm with 60mph winds. You can see her flag pole buckled on the left, along with others that were out of the frame. This pole stood strong and took it like a champ, even with 2 flags on and standing taller than the others. Set up couldn't be easier. Great quality. Obviously durable. Highly recommend.

This is a very sturdy flagpole for a telescoping unit. The winds at our stadium can be quite heavy at times, but this pole takes the beating without bending. The ball is more orange than gold, but a can of metallic gold Rustoleum took care of that. The carabiner clips are difficult to get on the pole because the plastic "eyes" are so thick the carabiners barely fit. I resolved that by putting a larger carabiner on the top eye and adding a small pulley and a halyard, plus a cleat on the bottom section. I put snap hooks on the halyard for the flags, and everything is perfect. I would buy this pole again in a heartbeat, and I definitely recommend it.

Easy to put together, very good quality

I carry this all over the place in a vehicle.It is great to show my U.S.M.C. Pride at motorcycle rallies but it has to be transported in a “cage” vehicle.

The flag pole is good quality and worked out well for my needs on my motorhome. As a combat veteran myself, I didn’t mind paying a little more for a flag pole made by a veteran owed company. With that being said, I was not happy about the Chinese made printed American flag that came with the pole. If your going to advertise as a veteran owed company, put a decent America made flag in the package or leave the flag out all together.
