I can’t believe I posted a no makeup, gray rooted before pic, lol! But I’ve been looking for a long long time for a really good Cog Thread that actually pulls, barbs actually catch, and I truly get lift with great results.Finally!First off, I used Elves Pdo/Pcl Threads- Fish Bone 18G-100mm. 18G is thicker.These are blunt not sharp. So you will need to have your entry point with your needle, all included.I did use numbing prior to insertion.I used three threads, from my cheekbone close to my ear angled down towards my nose, all 3 approx a half inch to inch apart.And I placed 2 at my jawline, starting from jawbone closest to my ear as entry point, both about an inch apart.These are my results.I am beyond happy.I did not do my neck at all. I plan to lay a few more underneath my jaw so I can tighten that skin there a well.I didn’t get paid for this, although maybe I should have! Lol! I have zero makeup in both before and after post.However, I think it’s important for reviews to be real, and I am just a real woman that has been a skincare DIYer for many years trying to take care of myself like every woman out there, without always having to pay thousands to look your best.I hope this helps anyone considering this product!Easily a 5 star item!

I was really looking forward to this because of the description saying the needle type was supposed to be sharp. (18G 100m) I would’ve bought the bullet ones instead because this ended up not being sharp at all you have to make a hole With a Separate needle that comes in the packaging. You will definitely need liquid lidocaine for this and not just numbing cream because this is a huge needle. I couldn’t do it, I chickened out and I’m just sticking to my little screw threads for now maybe in time I will try it again but for now it’s a no for me.

I really love these threads, these gave me really good results and a very smooth lift I have repurchased a few times, last time I had an issue with the expiration date of the threads and they sent a replacement very promptly, very good customer service

These are medical grade, they work really well and am super pleased. Will buy again definitely.

The media could not be loaded. I am blown away at the results from just using only ONE thread on each side of my neck to help tighten the skin that has started loose its elasticity. I love the price for the amount of individual packages that come in each order! They are sterile and safe to be administered if you know what you are doing! I also wanted tj comment in the amazing customer service I received from the seller, I had questions and they were answered in a respectful and timely manner.
