I believe my rating and review were minimally affected by these factors.]USAGE:I use this product for 2 things: to ward off colds when I feel like I'm starting to get sick, and to aid in post-workout recovery.1. While I don't notice much change in my energy levels when I take this post-workout, I continue to use it nonetheless (3 capsules at a time) in conjunction with BCAAs - per instructions by my personal trainer to take royal jelly post-workout.2. Where I definitely notice a difference is in helping to boost immunity when I feel like I'm starting to get sick. In the past, I've downed packets of Emergen-C (effective, though I'm not a fan of the sugar or processed product). Bee Well, however, seems to be equally effective in fighting viruses and is a natural, high-nutrient food supplement. I much prefer using this to boost immunity, and for that purpose I generally take 3 capsules twice (sometimes 3x) daily.LIKES/DISLIKESI appreciate the combination of 3 bee-product supplements in one product. I LOVE that it doesn't have added sugars/honey!!!If this product were cheaper, I likely would take more of it each day; I accept that I'm paying for quality, and ration my use accordingly, but this may affect the perceived efficacy.JUSTIFICATION FOR RATINGMy reason for not giving this product 5 stars is 2-fold: I haven't tried other royal jelly supplements, and thus have no comparison; and also I don't notice an obvious increase in energy or decrease in allergies as a result of taking it. It does seem to be effective in boosting immunity to viruses, but I did expect some allergy- and energy-related benefits, based on other reviews. Perhaps I'm not taking enough of it (that would be too costly), or the effects are present but subtle.OVERALLGood product that I'll continue to use for the foreseeable future.
