Complete waste of time and money, the fit is so bad the mask doesn’t reach your eyes to heat the eyelids, so selling it for aiding blepharitis is ridiculous. It also doesn’t get hot, so it’s not going to do anything even if it did fit properly. I was so disappointed, I was hoping to use this on a camping trip where I won’t be near a microwave to heat my usual heated eye mask. I won’t be recommending this to anyone

I like theses they heat up in no time and they are very good and easy to use brilliant for my bletharitus

Good quality but battery is in an awkward place on the eye mask. Not a massive issue and it works well so would recommend.

I really like the product as its much nicer than having to use a microwavable eye mask however I am very disappointed to find it does not have a 30 minute timer. I only use it for bed and don't want it on constantly. But I wake up most mornings and have to recharge it because its been on for the entire battery life. This becomes more of an inconvenience than the microwavable one. Don't advertise this if its not an actual feature. This was one of the main reasons I purchased!

The mask sounded promising but it’s too big for my face so not close enough to my eyes to be really good; it’s adequate. Also there is no timer although I thought from the description it did have a 30 min. It means the battery charge runs out each night. I’ve ended up purchasing another model but too late to return this one annoyingly. Will try it as a cooling eye mask maybe…
