Taste isn’t bad in coffee

This stuff is great! Had been on the lookout for a supplement to help my skin -- I have a lot of pretty serious acne scars, and I know that collagen can really help rebuild the damaged underlying tissue when there's deep scarring like that. I am having a chemical peel done in a few weeks, so my plan is to take this, have the peel done, and keep taking it every day for several weeks afterward, to help with the healing process.(The last time I had a chemical peel done, the recovery was pretty rough... so hopefully taking a collagen supplement will help my skin bounce back better than before!)So far, so good. It dissolves completely as long as I stir very well, give it a minute to settle, then give it a last little stir. I have been drinking it in my coffee, and I can't really detect any difference at all in the texture. It mixes in perfectly smoothly. And hey, I'm not a supertaster or anything, so take this with a grain of salt...but if there is any taste or scent to this stuff at all, it must be very mild because I totally can't tell!

I like that this product has type 1,2 & 3. I blend it in my morning smoothy and have not noticed a difference in taste. I had significant knee pain. After 2 weeks, I have no more knee pain. I recommend this product.

First off, the epic results: I'm blown away by how much this supplement has helped me. I love to hike, but it's put some wear and tear on my joints and by age 32 my knees already hurt so badly in the morning, I had to stagger around until they loosened up. On the 11th day of supplementing with 2 scoops of collagen daily, I got up without any more pain. With just one scoop daily for maintenance, it hasn't come back! I also notice when I bend my knees and stand back up, they only make a normal click sound instead of a distressed (embarrassingly loud) crack. And as an added bonus, my skin and hair are softer, and the added protein I have with my breakfast helps me feel full and satisfied longer. :)Cost comparison: What a value! I've been using a collagen powder that costs almost twice this for the same amount. This works just as effectively, the only difference is it clumps a little more so you have to stir longer and maybe chase a couple of lumps around with your spoon to break them up. That's minor and totally worth the saved $ if you ask me!Use: I add this to hot tea or soup and it has no impact on the taste except to add a creamy quality I like. Save yourself the drama and don't try to stir it into cold beverages lol. It needs the heat to dissolve well.One caution: I noticed this has a lot more arginine than lysine in it, so if you're sensitive to some of the effects of arginine, you may want to add a lysine supplement to your regimen to balance this out. ;)I hope if you give this a try, you get equally amazing results. Update: So after using this product for a few weeks, my nails aren't getting any stronger, and I do not notice any hair growth like with other brands.I guess they aren't all created equal. I'm going back to "Zint!" brand.EXCELLENT product! Types 1 and 3 collagen, can be mixed in hot or cold liquid. Organic grassfed cows too! At an affordable price! Perfect!

When I got my collagen peptides, I funneled a scoop of the powder into a bottle of water, put on the lid, and gave it a shake. The result was a well-mixed, easy to swallow substance. While the taste isn't particularly good, it isn't bad either and I'm planning to try it in some fruit juice. Unlike most collagen supplements that come from fish or eggs, this one is from grass-fed beef, cutting out the worry of allergic reactions. All-in-all, I was extremely pleased with this purchase!!!!
