Product good, Amazon delivery a major disappointment.
If only the amazon delivery person had not delivered it to the wrong apartment building it would have been a great experience (It was only by luck and the goodness of another person I got it and Amazon was of NO help whatsoever in fact the many people I had to talk to only one was friendly the rest were foreign and unhelpful). Still, the product is really good picture, sound and easy set up. It was a gift for my 100 year old mother and she is using it with no problem.

Nice quality picture and sound using the "factory settings" but a little complicated to customize the picture and sound if you are picky.

How to learn the TV
I don’t know how to use it. There are no instructions and takes a few seconds to turn on. But the good is : the picture is great.

Worthwhile purchase- works with my OLED magic remote
This seller was excellent. Sent next day UPS in secure packaging. When the TV is off, the matte screen looks more like a computer monitor. This feature has taken me a while to get used to. Also, not a fan of the layout in the back. If you choose to mount the television, you will have to use spacers in order to accommodate the plugs. The preferred layout would've been to have these off center. Also it is a little sluggish as it seems to take forever to open up apps. Aside from that, the picture is nice and clear and the speakers work fine as long as you are in AI sound mode. There are almost no other options for a smart 27 inch TV and that was the size I needed for my kitchen. So overall I am pleased.

Not as vesatile as other LG's we own
The picture is OK but the use of it with a Amazon fire stick or a Roku stick is cumbersome. Unlike other TV's you have to use the remote to get to their apps or one of the HDMI ports. This is in our kitchen on a swiveling arm mount and fits under our cabinets. This why am keeping it, those sizes are hard to find.

Todo Bien excepto que la aplicacion LG CHANNEL, no funciona u opera en Mexico porque es un articulo de EEUU.(Segun me explicaron las personas soporte tecnico LG). Fuera de este detalle el Televisor Opera y funciona excelente.
