Picked this two pack up as extras for my drill and driver set as my son had an Eagle Scout project where we replaced boards on a wooden walkway for children campers with disabilities. These worked flawlessly. I really enjoy the fact that they're longer lasting and they're cheaper. Not sure what else you might want.

I have been wanting a larger capacity battery for my ryobi 1plus power tools. I had been recycling through 3 batteries amongst all my lawn equipment. sometimes I had to take 2 days to do my yards. not anymore. so glad I found these at such a great deal.

the battery does not work in my ryobi leaf blower. However it does work in every other tool I have. I'm not sure why, unfortunately I bought the big batteries for the leaf blower. I'm perplexed. None the less, the batteries seem solid. Don't rely on the indicator lights. I can't judge battery life or longevity yet. Made in China...it is what it is.

I bought 2 of these 7Ah batteries. For testing purposes I used the Ryobi One Hybrid LED Panel Light (pictured). Testing for all test were completed using the light's brightest setting. I used this light for testing because it has the most reliable disbursement of energy. A drill or a saw will disburse more or less energy by amount of physical pressure applied, while a light always disburses the same amount of energy regardless of external variables. Both of the batteries were fully charged and tested multiple times. As a control I did multiple test on 4 Ryobi 18v 4Ah batteries of various ages and determined that each of these batteries will energize the Ryobi One Hybrid LED Panel Light for at least 2.5 hours and up to 5-15 minutes longer. After multiple testing and recharging I found that these 7Ah batteries last significantly less with an average of 1.5 hours life per full charge. So how does Ryobi stock 4Ah last almost twice as long as these 7Ah batteries? The answer is simple, these are not 7Ah batteries, but are closer to 2.5Ah. I’m returning them.

They work just fine but they didn't seem to go much longer than the six amp hour batteries already had even though they say 7 amp hours. But regardless they still worked flawlessly so they got five stars.

I bought these batteries for general use in Ryobi tools. they do not work as i expected. they might work well in a drill or flashlight, but in a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder, they are only slightly better than useless. I have not used these batteries on anything but the grinder, so can't tell how they may work on a saw or drill as yet. the grinder works for a minute or 2, then shuts off. the battery isn't running down this fast, if you let the machine rest for a few minutes, it will work again for a couple of minutes, then shut down again. I am pretty sure the battery is overheating and the safety circuitry is shutting the battery down to cool. the battery still shows a full charge (after it resets) but the indicator will not show ANYTHING while it cools to the reset temperature. I would pass on this package and buy a different brand.
