Not sure how this will hold up over time
Brought 2 sizes bigger than my normal and it fits but another size would have maybe been better still. Not sure how it will hold up over time but certainly warmer than the thickness suggests.

Just want he needed
I brought this coat for husband. Itβs a lovely looking coat with fur lining inside. Itβs also water resistant. He wears the coat to walk the dog. 66

Good
I have a dress/business casual winter coat but it doesn't have a hood and it's not that warm. Got caught out in it for that last time on an outdoor survey and nearly froze, so I thought I'd have a look at one of these.Four pockets on it. All zip up. Big warm hood, warm lined interior, good quality zips etc.Had it on a few times now and me wallet and keys are now permently zipped in a pocket for the milk and bread drive to the shop or other freezing suggestions involving children and parks. The winds on the school walks with the kids now a lot less like facing an abrasive sand storm, and. far more bareable in Winter. It hasn't rained since I got it but frankly, I'd be shocked if it sprung a leak.It does seem worth the money.

Good Warm Weather Proof Jacket
I've worn this Tacvasen jacket through the winter and I'm quite pleased with it, and now willing to review it. Conclusion: Keeps the rain out, and warm to wear in strong biting cold winds.I walk my dogs every day for a couple of miles at 7-8am on the top of a raised walkway between two dykes in the flat fenlands. It's VERY exposed to the weather. When I leave my house in the village I feel the temperature and remind myself that on the dyke it will always feel 2-5 degrees colder and much more windy!I like the size of the hood. I usually wear a woolen beanie hat and can pull the hood over this to give extra warmth and protection. The lugs and velcro tabs which wrap around your throat/chin are easy to do up, and I love the soft inner furry/fleece lining. The hood surrounds my face nicely, not too far out as to restrict my side to side vision, but enough to provide some protection, and there are pull cords to tighten the hood if necessary.I think the size of the inside coat pocket and the breast pocket are a little mean, the openings are a tad small making it difficult to insert/remove items quickly (wallet/phone), and the inner pocket in particular could do with being a little bit wider/deeper. The main hand pockets are a decent size for storing my gloves, hat and hands!I like the style and trim of the jacket, quite smart. I've been caught in quite a few rain showers and snow storms. I like the main quilted furry/fleecy inner lining, its got a really decent thickness to it and overall I've always felt warm, dry and cozy. The sleeves are silky inner lined which makes putting your arms in easier. I've not had any problems with zips sticking or breaking. All in all I'm really pleased with its windproofness and warmth when I really batten down the hatches. Now that spring is here I'm going to miss wearing it so much because it gets quite hot in milder weather after a brisk walk, unless I really open it up.Would be a five star if the pockets are improved slightly.
