Very sturdy
For the price, I didn’t expect it to be as sturdy as it is. Shipping was fast and it was easy to install. I already had the hole in the ground from before. It slipped right in and I was able to use it right away. I did 2 normal loads of laundry and there was room for even another. It even came with a small pack of clothespins. Very happy with the purchase

As advertised - It will do the job!
Arrived four days ago, box was in bad shape but everything inside was fine. Easy to assemble, the directions and pictured steps to take were easy to read. We opted to cement the post holder in place and we will take the air dryer down and inside when it’s not in use due to HOA rules. It is very light and easy to handle. The white clothes line is sturdy - I’ve dried jeans, towels (day 1), king size sheets and a wool blanket (day2) and it handled it all well. I especially like the rotating feature, both while hanging the items and while the clothes are drying - the wind turned it nicely. The free gifts are very considerate, but the plastic clothes pins flew apart the first use. I have my mother’s old wood ones so no worries. As someone else wrote, the pin bag may last a season. Hey, they were free! So far, so good. I do wish it was a tad taller as my towels touched the ground as I was taking them in, I’ll just have to remember to keep the basket at my feet so they go in there vs. touching the grass/leaves. I’m only 5’3” and barely reached up to pin clothes on the outer-most line, but that does match the measurements provided. Thanks for reading!

Great Clothesline
I love my clothesline. I have been using it over a year and it still works great. I have a lot of rock in my yard. I couldn't put it in the ground. I did put it in an old tire with lots of concrete. It has never fallen over. It holds so many clothes. I would definitely buy again.

Surprised it's sturdy
Surprise how sturdy it is because the instructions say the hole has to be 9 inches deep and 7 in wide which I thought was way to small..but surprisingly it's perfect and has held up even on windy days. Set up was easy. Poped open like an umbrella and to put away just close it like an umbrella as well. I regret not getting the bigger higher one.

4yrs later and I still Love this !
I have always wanted one of these and I didn’t really have the extra money to spend on one , but I was dealing with major life event and being outdoors helped me to feel better , so decided it would be beneficial to my well being as well as saving me money on energy was a double win in my mind and helped me to decide to purchase! It’s been 4years since I bought this and I love it! It has held up wonderful and still going I leave it outside year round and use it even in the Tennessee winter if there is sunshine. I do use a cover on it when I’m not using it, it’s still in wonderful shape and if anything ever happens to it , I will definitely order another. I love it

A compromising size for windy and smaller areas
I am in sunny and salty, coastal Puerto Rico, and up on a hillside and often windy location. I chose this size over the larger sizes available. I made this choice to help reduce the chances of this clothesline being damaged during unseen and damaging strong gusts or winds, like when i’m away from home and clothes are on the lines. This size also fits better in this particularly small back patio area.I am placing this clothesline inside a 1 1/2” thick pvc tube i also use for a fabric patio umbrella that provides shading when desired. The pvc tube is attached securely to the side of the raised patio. The clothesline does not need to be in the ground.I appreciate the convenience of just walking barefoot on the patio rugs to dry clothes. I can also more likely grab clothes off the line quickly when unexpected rain showers show up. It is just 15 feet from the back door.I will frequently check for rust on the pole, and when rust begins to inevitably show up, i will just remove it and paint the area with marine paint. Right now, i don’t know yet for sure where the pole will rust. Maybe i will just paint the entire pole with protective marine paint now.A FYI: There were some stinging fire ants on the patio, so i dusted them with fire ant killing powder. That’s why there is white powder seen in the photos. They found one of my dog’s treats on the patio.

Pros and cons
First impression is a solid “it’s ok”.Pros:It’s portable and lightweight. It is also very easy to set up for use. It has a pretty large hanging area.Cons:It’s portable and lightweight! You’re not getting a lot of metal here. Once anchored, it probably won’t take much lateral pressure to buckle or break the post. Stability may be an issue. The ground post they send is only about a foot long, giving about six inches of penetration. That’s worthless when you are talking about a 6ft tall, five foot wide, fully loaded device. Forgot wind; even an uneven load will tip it. I expected something like this and already intended to use my own ground post (if I can pop off the end cap) and/or guy it. Lastly, it is strung, with 1/8 to 3/16 inch plastic clothesline, in a great big spiral. When it breaks, eventually, the whole thing is worthless until it can be restrung which will be a chore.Overall, it’s about what I expected for the price.
