Haven’t really put it in use yet but I tested it and it works great

Even with keeping it clean and lubricating they still die within a year with 24 hour operation. A cheap alternative to purchasing a new $45 Monkey-Fan is the "Genesis Clip On Fan". It screws right on to the old mount and is under $15. Seems just as quiet, can't be much shorter of a life span. They are all out of China. Most likely same factory.

After 2 years the oscillation stopped working. At a point in the rotation the fan would STOP. Then if I manualy move out of that position the fan will start again. Even if I disengage the oscillation the fan will stop at the bad spot of rotation but will start and work a differnt position. So what I have now is a NON oscillation fan, maybe. I would not recommend buy this fan.

Circulates air well in my walk-in grow tent! I had to buy four to keep plants cool during hot weather.

Hard to attach to pole inside tent. The weight of the fan is too much for the support. Will not buy again..

I've bought several fans to mount in a grow tent and they are all cheap plastic and stop working after a few months. This fan is rock solid. I've had no problems and the mounting allows it to hang on pretty much any tent pole. More expensive than the others, but won't go bad

For the money they charge for these I expected much more. The fan only last a few months and stopped working, would not buy again for this price
