Beautiful, works well, but the pump is pretty noisy.

I researched several small fountains for my desk even in the living room when I am relaxing watching TV. This fountain is awesome as I go to sometimes at my desk (lololol) and watching TV. The sounds hit the little rocks is something else. You can move the rocks to make the sound softer or stronger. I look forward to to turning it on, listening to thewater, looking at the soft light that beams from below and falling asleep with it. I use distilled water. You will Not be disappointed!!

Upon set up, I liked this fountain as it looked as shown. It also makes a nice quiet gurgling noise. However, it immediately leaked all over my table. It turns out the seams along the reservoir that holds the water were defective.

I could not be happier! I’ve tried a few and they never quite met my needs. This one does. It’s nice to look at, well constructed & the water that trickle down is very soothing for me and it can go for hours with out the need to refill. I got real close so hopefully you can hear the gentle flow but when you’re not right up next to it the sound is just enough that blends into the background. PS I do not use tap water (bottled is best). Only thing I was taken back with was no on/off switch you must unplug unless I’m missing it?! Open for advise :)
