Simply Asia Japanese Inspired Ramen Soy Ginger Chicken Broth, 26 fl oz

I love making ramen at home, adding a ton of veggies and a protein, but often don’t have the time or energy to make the broth. This broth is delicious and makes making healthy ramen at home easy! It’s always in my cart to add to my order. Yet, today to my dismay the price jumped from $27 to $49 (about $4 a box to over $8). Unfortunately that is just ridiculously too much for me. Fun while it lasted. Is this an increase due to tarrifs, or price gouging on the pretense of tariffs, I don’t know?

Excellent broths, I have bought both. You can eat it as is or use it as a base to add other ingredients. Either way great broths.

I love Ramen. It's good enough base for easy lazy fast ramen at home. Not super perfect or authentic, but good. I added chicken, mushrooms, noodles, pepper, eggs, corn. This box 737 g, they written for 3 portion, but I think it's for 2 portion. My picture show dishes with one box this ramen. Good color broth.

I love this broth. I use in recipes and just heat and eat it. The great news is that it was actually cheaper to purchase this way than locally and delivered to my door. You get 6 boxes of broth. If you haven't tried it, it's worthy of a try. In my personal opinion that it tastes predominately soy chicken, slight ginger. It's just a great base for lots of recipes. When I heat and eat it, I usually add a little ginger juice and some chopped green onions. My order arrived quickly (I have prime) and in great condition along with other items I ordered. The expiration date is about a year out. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

First off, if anyone (like me) was assuming these were standard size broth cartons you would be wrong. These are mini cartons, they’re 26 Oz which may sound like a lot but you have to remember that’s basically a bottle of coke. The taste is fine, it’s just generic totally fine chicken broth. Couldn’t taste any ginger and maybe just a hint of soy sauce. I would recommend anyone considering this flavor just add a bit of soy sauce and ginger to regular much cheaper store bought chicken broth this is nothing more, five minutes extra work to pay a third the price. Not a full on scam I just should’ve done my due diligence and not assumed these were the regular much larger size cartons
