Can you paint over this without ruining the paint underneath and without it looking awful?

This is a great question. This is not a textured wallpaper. If you paint over it, you will no longer be able to distinguish the pattern.

Does it work on textured walls?

This is a great question. Unfortunately, no; this peel and stick wallpaper is not compatible with textured walls. You'll have better results on a wall with texture like an eggshell versus one with texture like an orange peel.

Can I install this over existing wallpaper?

This is a great question! No, for best results you'll want to remove the existing wallpaper prior to hanging the NuWallpaper Peel and Stick wallpaper. Happy decorating!

is the wallpaper need glued ?

This is a great question! No, additional glue should not be used with this peel and stick wallpaper.
