The media could not be loaded. Yeah, I’m loving this thing already, very well-made. It’s slightly heavy to the hand, but that’s actually a good thing for your wrist. Get it stronger. The finger adapters are awesome. You gotta be careful to tighten them very well because they will slip out of your hand. The adjustments are difficult to make if you don’t squeeze the handles together Hard enough to set the clip, but besides that it’s very smooth adjustment operation.

High quality. Get the extenders and wraps. A must. Metal is a bit rough for hands.

I love this accessory and the iron grip itself.It’s got good grip and feels like a premium nylon composite.My one complaint is that I’ve had it spin loose multiple times, and the heavy metal gripper jumps out of your hand in…. some direction. I wish it was rotationally stable and clamped down with the screw instead of relying on the screw for everything.

It’s a great attachment for the gripper, easy to put together, just a great product.

The media could not be loaded. This is heavy duty and it seems is going to last for a while but it’s super uncomfortable to exercise with, if you’re not wearing gloves this thing will hurt your hands, I decided to keep it as was going to return it but I can use it to do adductors, watch my videos.

These look great on paper, but they spin freely so it's all but impossible to use in real life. If they did not rotate this would be a fantastic grip strength tool, but they do and it's next to impossible to grip, so I can not recommend them.
