Fully extended, it measures 21" long - end to end. The strap is 1 1/4" wide. If you are asking to ensure it will fit around your leg, I measured the maximum circumference it can be when closed and it measured 17" around...there is elastic in the strap, so it could probably stretch to 18" circumference. I would almost be limping after my runs due to pain on the sides of my knees and would need to immediately ice when I got home. I have used these three times already and I have been pain-free after the runs. Hope this helps.
