Q: Does it cover the bottom of the ac?

It did not have a piece specific to fit under the ac unit but there was enough extra I was able to insulate under.

Q: Can this be reused/reinstalled on the same unit? I remove my a/c at the end of summer.

I am not sure about this as the top part of this product has double-sided tape to seal everything together and that may be an issue. I would reach to the manufacturer on this one.This is my first winter using it and I never remove the a/c for the windows that I use it for.Sorry I could not be certain.

Q: Will this help with cold air coming through the window?

ITHe panels keep the cold air from coming thru the side panels and around the AC. However, I had to get a separate cover to go over the front of the AC.
