When I first opened the box, my first thought was that this little guy wasn't going to be able to open my gate. I was delightfully wrong. Works great, out of the box. Setup was easy for me but probably because I was replacing a failed gate operator and already had my pad poured. Need to read more about the remotes cuz I have old remotes I would like to use but the ones that came with the unit work fine, just wasn't expecting separate open and close buttons.

This is a powerful motor but the downside of this product is mainly the lack of support. There is no means of contacting the seller. Amazon should not allow sellers with no means of contacting them. The manual was vague so installation took longer. As it turned out our problem was the stop limit magnet wasn’t strong enough. We had to swap it for a stronger one.If you are a DIYer, just know you are on your own. I’m just happy we thought to change the magnet.

Installed for fence and it works very decent, better than I expected!...only thing is that the instructions are a little difficult to understand not very user friendly.But we made it work!

I bought this for a 25ft gate. The chain sent was 20ft. I asked for them to send me just the chain, I got a whole new system. The programming instructions call for a switch mode but the remote itself is NOT switch based. After many attempts by different people, searches on internet, their terrible website which lacks information, I have two useless gate openers and I cannot return either! Angry

Just perfect. It works wonderfull. Put it on my Lexus and my light’s stopped going fast 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
