Silicone Sealing Ring and Universal Replacement Floater and Sealer for 5 or 6 Quart Pressure Cooker Models, Such as XL, YBD60-100, PPC780, PPC770 and PPC790

First, I combed through a lot of these gasket listings none of which, except this one, giving exact inner and outer dimensions. I was able to buy these in confidence - knowing - instead of hoping, they would fit. Make sure bottom lip of the gasket is uniformly under the metal ring in the lid all the way around. Fits perfectly. Pressure cooker working properly, again. Yay.

When I received the package, one of the gasket was sliced at an angle. Everything else was good.

Best deal I found to get a floater seal for my Power Pressure Cooker XL 6 Quart. Floater seal worked just fine after quick replacement of the one that fell in the kitchen sink drain and got destroyed by the disposal. The lid seals fit fine, but seem a bit fatter than the stock version. Still works, but requires a bit of force to close.

I replaced the very tired gasket on my Power Pressure Cooker XL. PPC770 and ordered this one since I could no longer get parts from the manufacturer. It actually fit in the lid very well but it is still new and makes it hard to get the lid on the cooker. It took a lot of pushing down to lock the top in place. Once on I boiled water on the canning setting which has helped a lot. It still takes some pushing but once that is done but pot cooks beautifully with no leaking at all. Overall I am very pleased as the pot and I get along very well and this gets the job done.

This item arrived very quickly! Unfortunately, it did not fit my 6 Quart Power Pressure Cooker XL.

I needed the rubber gaskets for the lid and floater so the purchase had what I needed but I also received the metal floaters in this purchase which did work in my LUX60 6qt. The floaters are too tall and will not allow the shutter to fully close on the valve.

Readily absorbs odours and hard to get rid of. Can tear easily when hot. Suggest ordering the original part.

The media could not be loaded.  The seal expanded its diameter so much the pressure cooker vented while cooking. The silicone doesn’t pass the bend test and this is not 100% silicone.

The replacement gasket and ring fit my Instant Pot perfectly and I was able to continue to use the digitized pressure cooker I have come to rely on.

Bought so that I could make Yogurt in the Instant Pot - the original seal has a lingering curry smell...
