Ader Profixed Dumbbell Handle #1- #10

Got the #5 and it fit perfectly for the skinny (standard) pancake plates that I have. Unfortunately, though some of the older gold's gym standard plate holes were too small. I used five pancake plates for the #5, and used a 1" grinder to fit the 20lb plate with a 10lb on the #2.If you want to get most effective use, make sure you have the skinny pancake plates. They ultimately fit the best.

I was skeptical on buying these, but let me tell you guys these exceeded my limitations. Great build quality and was able to make 2x 90lb Dumbells with these pro style handles! These gainz are forever thankful for this truly undervalued item!

I wanted to build pro style dumbells, so I bought these handles. The number (I got #4) is how many 10# pancake plates you can fit on each side of the dumbell. So the #4 can fit 8 total plates making an 80 lbs dumbell. You can also use smaller plates to make a dumbell lighter than that. I haven't tried many combos, but for sure you can do 65#-80#.Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the product. I have 70#s on each handle right now (6 10#s, 2 5#s). I just wish the handles were thicker. They are thinner than the ones at my gym. The thin handles move to much in my hand, especially for that much weight. I think I'll keep them, and maybe find a way to make the handles thicker.

The best thing about this item is that you can lock your weight plates in place and don't have to be concerned about your dumbbell coming apart as you are lifting it.

very nice quality handles. the knurling is just right; not too shallow and not like a grater.

These bars are not made for standard 1" plates, they need to check their items better, I have ordered 5 sets from them and they all have the same problem

buying already made dumbbells at the sporting goods store was too expensive..buying the handles and then weight plates used was a nice inexpensive alternative

Same type handles found in commercial gyms. Knurling just right. Safer than using adjustable handles with protruding bar tips. I had the plates so it was a no brainer. Several different “sizes” depending on number of plates per DB. Just refer to sizing chart to determine your requirements. Flat surfaces at ends of DBs make “kick starting “ weight into position safe & easy.
