Good Cushion for Hamstring Tears
My physical therapist advised me to get a cushion like this to make sitting more comfortable for my injured hamstring. It makes sitting more comfortable by relieving some pressure on the hamstring tendons. My only complaint is that I wish the cushion material was denser. I'm a slim 140 pounds and the cushion has more give than i expected it to. But I'm happy with it.

The great support these cushions give.
I have an on-going medical condition that flares periodically. It involves the very tip of my spinal cord and test cushions ELIMINATE the friction to a cyst that has developed this time that is very painful.

Would not recommend
This cushion is very firm and has a shape that is not that comfortable. I have had a cushion like this before order on Amazon. I used that one for two years until it wore out. It was extremely comfortable. This one not only moves on the chair but it is shaped oddly so you feel the cushion has a hump on that back of the cushion when sitting. I have had this type of cushion before and you usually do not feel a hard hump
