A great replacement for my 1998 Minn Kota Auto Pilot
This Minn Kota Power Drive is a replacement for my 1998 Minn Kota Auto Pilot. It was a perfect fit and i even used my existing quick release mount plate. The motor was easy to assembly. I even converted the power system from the old 24 volt to 12 volt. A great value for the $$$.

Hubby is VERY HAPPY!!!
He couldnt get it on the boat fast enough & its been absolutely a joy!! Quiet, fast, easy to handle, the foot control is way smaller than his old one. Just one thing; if you have an in-line fuse to the battery CHECK IT for the amps. We did not & it burnt the fuse & line while out fishing. Thank God we had a knife & pliers with us so he could fix it asap! Other than that..its been great.

Defective product
Selection, price and availability was great. Gladly paid for the installation and it went fantastic. Product came in defective. When it was apparent it did not work correctly I contacted customer support. I was told I would recieve a full refund on the product. I asked about compensation for having to pay labor cost for an additional removal and installation. The only thing I was told is upon receiving the defective product I would recieve a full refund. Full refund does not cover the extra shop labor. Even at a full refund I'm at a $200 loss in labor costs. Would I suggest isave, absolutely not. They never tried to make it correct only refund my purchase. Being its brand new I choose to give the marina the Warrenty work. At least I won't have a chance of it lost in shipment and a total loss of everything. Thanks isave. Thanks

Poor quality
Worked great up to middle of year four. Started having foot pedal issues for left turn. Removed foot swivel pedal thinking maybe sand or something was not allowing full travel. Nope just typical lack of quality failing part. Boat stored inside and always dry!!
