Doorbell Transformer 24V Adapter for Ring Video Doorbell Compatible with Nest Honeywell Ecobee Sensis Video Doorbells (16.4FT White, 12.0, Watts)

We used this to connect our Google Nest Wired 2nd Gen and it works perfectly. We didn't use the wire connected, we just bent these over the connections & it works exactly the same! The long cord is nice too because we were able to hide the wire along the baseboard over to the plug that has power. Fast shipping too! We had it in less than 24 hours which was much needed!

Easy to install

I purchased this 24v adapter to "hardwire" my security video doorbell that was requiring frequent battery recharging. Since my home does not have an existing hardwired transformer, and I did not want the hastle of installing one, this plug-in item filled my need. Just wired it to the back of my video doorbell, drilled a small hole behind the video doorbell that's mounted outside my door to fit the wire into the house, then plugged into the nearest outlet. Works perfectly and no more battery recharging.

I will update the review as/if needed but so far it passes on three points:1) it charges the Ring 42) it’s silent3) length and cable quality are as expectedOne note that is specific to many Ring devices.To preserve battery health you may see the battery drop to 90% or so before it starts charging and then it’ll gradually go back up to 99% before dropping back to 90%This is normal, so if you hardwire at 100% after manually charging and see the battery percentage dropping. Give it some time before you panic and think the device is not working.3 month Update: Still charging as expected. No more manually taking out the battery. Can’t believe how long i waited to get one

I read the reviews before buying this they were so-so. But for 20 dollars, what I spend on Beer. I took a chance and rolled the dice..Months later, so far real good....It works for me..

This product is begin use to charge my ring doorbell and it's doing a great job. I don't have ro worry about charging this battery every week.
