incredible resource for someone interested in the mobile food truck industry
for anyone interested in getting into the food truck industry, i would get your hands on this book. ive checked out from the public library, food truck for dummies and idiots guide to a food truck. i purchased this book because i believe it is head and shoulders above the other two.This was written by a guy with the EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE of the culinary industry, running a food truck (the rolling grill) and cooking competition bbq. it is VERY obvious that he did a TON of research in writing this book and covers everything except his new spice rub =-)great job with the book Eric Thomas, and thanks for always helping me.

This book really helps you run through the thought process and necessary steps of starting a food truck. Out of all the books I looked at concerning the matter, this one actually was the most comprehensive.

Box wasn't damaged but contents were.
Not only did it come damaged it had stains on it. And it's supposed to be a new book.

Very helpful book. Clear and easy to read. I would recoomend it to whom ever wants to start a food truck business

Not a bad book for beginners.
This book is ok... I picked up a few tips that I had not considered... such as using a commissary (rental kitchen) as a base. I am sure you could find out all you needed from various resources online, but I think overall, having a book like this is a good idea... and lets you read up in one convenient package. I am dinging it a few stars because like all books of this nature, there is no real meat... I don;t know if there is a better book.
