This is a review after 1 year use of the vitamin. Is 4 stars only because the smell of them is really strong, but I got used to it. They are really good and for the price have more vitamin percentage of the other expensive ones on the market. They are doing the job and if I miss few days, when I start again my body can really feel the energy supply. I just bought a second box for another year.

Okay so they actually work I think! Honestly have been so healthy since I started taking these and I feel 100% better and I’m sure these have helped. They smell disgusting and they are quite a large pill but I think they actually work!

However healthily you eat, it is unlikely that you will get every essential vitamin and mineral from your food every day. To supplement with a daily multivitamin seems to me like common sense, and I have been doing this for years. This new one-a-day product from NuU, a highly respected UK company, has a good range of 25 different nutrients, is reasonably priced and has enough tablets to last you for six months. I find them easy to swallow but they are not completely tasteless. I don’t like the non-seal bag they come in, and have transferred mine into a more suitable container.

I’ve been taking these multivitamins for a little over a week, and they seem to do their job —no complaints about the actual effectiveness. However, the smell when you open the pack is REALLY unpleasant. It hits you right away and makes it hard to want to take them. If they could fix the odor, this would easily be a 5-star product.

Je vais commencer par le seul point négatif: Oui, ca pue. C'est pas agréable, mais bon hop on bouche le nez et on avale avec un grand verre d'eau et ca passe, c'est pas la mort non plus. Concernant le produit: Pour info, j'ai une maladie chronique des intestins, qui m'empêche de manger ce que je veux, particulièrement les légumes. Donc inévitablement, question vitamines, je suis un peu en carence, et l'hiver je suis charrette. Je viens de finir mon premier pot d'un an, et franchement: c'est la 1ere année ou je n'ai pas du tout été malade. 100% de présentéisme au boulot, j'ai pas choppé un seul rhume, une seule grippe, une seule angine à la con. Je précise quand même qu' à la base je n'y crois pas trop, les seules vitamines a peu près efficaces que j'ai pu tester c'était le berroca en pharmacie, et encore c'est pas foufou. Pour le coup, celui-ci est vraiment efficace et je trouve qu'au bout de 2 semaines, on voit une belle différences. J'avais aussi peur qu'avec le zinc et le fer qu'ils contiennent, j'ai des soucis de digestion mais pas du tout. Bref, je ne peux que recommander, et d'ailleurs... Je recommande un pot pour moi.

Ottimo multivitaminico e ad un prezzo MOLTO competitivo! Completo di tutto e con un numero sufficentemente alto di compresse da usare a lungo o qualora si necessiti di aumentare il dosaggio. Per quanto riguarda l'odore che tanti lamentano: compro multivitaminici da più di 15 anni e posso assicurare che quell'odore particolare, che hanno principalmente solo le compresse, è l'impronta olfattiva del mix di vitamine e minerali (soprattutto quelle del gruppo B e il Ferro), amplificato dai processi di produzione.
