I've been using "Solgar, Skin Hair and Nails supplement", for several years now. I started taking it, because I felt that my hair was thinning. I've always had fine hair but, it lots of it. I am really pleased that my hair is much better now, no sign of my scalp showing through when I look in the mirror!! As with any supplements, there are no quick results, (and I do eat very healthily too). But I'll definitely keep buying this supplement. Many thanks!

Solgar skin hair and nails is absolutely brilliant. I have been a nail biter for over 40 years. I have been using it for the last 6 months and my nails have grown stong and very long. My hair is thicker and my skin looks clearer. I cannot recommend this enough. I am very happy with the results. I fully recommend you try it.

Great supplement

For me these hair skin and nail tablets are great. Always had nice nails until a certain age then they started breaking and splitting. This is my second bottle, I must be honest they are rather large so I break them in half and I only take one but if your nails are really bad probably best to take the two. I’ve always had good hair and skin fortunately but even my hairdresser had noticed that my hair had grown quicker since taking supplement.

Leí extenso sobre el tema antes de decidirme por ellas, porque yo soy una fiel compradora de vitaminas entonces quiero empezar a ocuparme del tema prevención de canas y según leí e investigue hay bastantes vitaminas y suplementos necesarios para mantenerlas a raya. Ojo, no para hacer desaparecer las que ya se tienen, pero sí para evitar que aparezcan, porque una vez aparecidas no se van las malvadas. Este suplemento cumple con un 85% de los ingredientes necesarios para mantenerlas alejadas, así que veremos que tal. Las pastillas son grandotas. EDITO DESPUÉS DE 1 MES DE USO: dan unos gases de miedo. Pasadas 8 horas después de la toma no sé qué efecto tienen en mis tripas que las vuelven locas. Pero ya aprendí: al principio las tomaba antes de ir a dormir pero me hacían despertar con el estómago mal, ahora las tomo por la mañana-mediodía, para que el festival que hacen en mi estómago me pille despierta.
