Do they work well on cloudy days?

I am running two 100 watt panels wired in parallel, they runs through a 20 amp charge controller, I have chosen the extra wattage to compensate for cloudy weather. When cloudy this produces an average of 2 amp, but in full sun the combined power should be 11 amps although the two together is actually producing close to 15 amp's which is enough to run my fridge and charge the battery sufficiently in the camper van. A good comparison of power output would be to compare with a standard domestic car battery charger which has an output of 4 amps to charge your car battery when flat.
