So, I'm in my mid-20's and its safe to say that I'm already finding hangovers more unbearable than I did when partying hard at 18 yo. I'm more frequently finding myself spending an entire day in bed sleeping and feeling sorry for myself and so, I decided to explore the internet for a non expensive solution that may actually work. During this research all signs pointed to Dyoralite (and some fancy looking drink that was in America and heavily endorsed by American celebrities) but that stuff was rediculously expensive even before import fees!I went to a Eurovision 2021 Party, broken my own rules of mixing drinks. Party'd hard amd felt awful when I woke up. But, 40 minutes after drinking some Dyoralite and I felt 100 times better! I'm told having a glass before bed is the trick to a very successful hangover free experience but, I've got to say, although it's not designed for hangovers it is certainly an essential hangover cure that everyone needs to know about!The citrus flavour is pretty gross but, it's one of those things where you just drink quickly to get it over with.

I suffer from a chronic illness called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS) and was recommended Dioralyte to take away on holiday to Spain. The sachets are small enough to fit in a hand bag which is great for being out and about. After one of two tries, I found that I could better drink the mixture after I had left it in the fridge for a little to chill the water right down. The flavour isn't great but when it is chilled I found it easier to drink it in one go. Definitely helped me keep my salt and water levels up in the heat. I still use it now back home on days I'm feeling particularly unwell.

I usually keep a packet of these around for the following situations1. I've been really busy at work and after a few days realise i have a headache and then realise its probably because I've forgotten to drink anything and so i have one of these and it helps.2. One of the family is ill and has been sick or has had Diarrhea.3. I've had a hard week at work and had a second glass of wine and the next day feel horribly dehydrated...

Does what it says

great product, best tasting of the flavours, and this one doesn't have that horrible sort of creamy texture that makes them hard to swallow, it's more refreshing than the others too. the only close one is the blackcurrant flavour.Obviously great if you have been really unwell, but i also find that these work wonders if you have a really bad headache, especially if accompanied with a bit of dry mouth. Obviously doesn't work on all headaches, and i can't 'recommend' it for this use, but it works for me!

Helped me feel slightly better after a nasty upset stomach. Taste wasn't to my liking but that is just me as I don't like lemon flavour.
