Can they keep hot food warm and for how long?

Not really - they are simply single thickness metal so heat would be lost very quickly. I suppose, if you are in India, all food will get to 'warm'! I wonder if anyone has ever suggested that they do a 'thermos' version? There are good wide-necked thermos flasks out there, which are good for soups and stews. Maybe some of them have inner separate compartments?

Overall width when including side clips = 13Cm 1st (Bottom) tier = 5Cm deep. 2nd tier = 4.5Cm 3rd tier = 4Cm 4th tier = 2.5Cm Lid = 2.5Cm Hope this helps. I've found it very useful. Its quite well made for the price.

Can these be used to reheat food in an electric pressure cooker such as Instant Pot?

I should not think so as they are not thick metal. Perfect for Tiffen carrier but cooking pots I do not think they would work particularly u dyer pressure.

Where can I get tiffin carriers with individual lids so that the base of the container above doesn’t have to be wiped before use?
