Good product!

Does its job well but anything too heavy and it will want to fall over. I wouldn't recommend this for use on the stage, but for light studio and home use this stand is a good, cheap option. This stand is very light in comparison to others I've used.

Nothing much wrong with this item, it’s fine for a small home studio. One of the cable clips was broken when the item was unpacked so just as well I have loads of Velcro tapes to use instead. Everything works as it should, a little less stable than I would have liked but a large bean bag would sort that out, held in place by yet another Velcro cable🤭 Not a bad little item though if treated gently. Update 02/06/2023 : The seller, without any prompting or contact from me, has sent me a replacement item ! Terrific customer service on their part and I congratulate them. The offending broken clips I encountered on the first delivery were all fine on the second and the stand is now being used. Thank you seller, thank you very much.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been buying video gear 20+ years now, I’ve had Shure, AKG, Rode, Audio Technica, and lots of other known brands enough to know what’s good and what isn’t, these are more than I expected, I wasn’t expecting much and chose these to make do for now but they’re keepers for sure. The fit and finish I would expect to have paid £50 at least. Why pay more, get them bought while you still can

Great value

Bough to hold a shotgun microphone for filming projects. It holds the microphone, but it's not great with even the lightest of gear. I luckily had some sandbags I can use to weigh it down. Would have liked more weight on the other end to hold the stand without added assistance.

These are basically throw away microphone stands that will work for a while but, as all tension points are plastic something will eventually crack and break from tightening too much. We bought these for temporary practice use only. For a real stand that will hold up you need to spend twice as much and get a K&M or On-Stage MS9701TB

Out of the box, the Ohuhu Microphone Stand feels rugged and well built. It is easy to set up and extend, and the manufacturer has usefully provided two different ‘clip’ designs depending on the microphone type and specification of the user.I’m not an authority voice on microphone stands / sound engineering by any means, however this stand more than fits the bill for my purposes as a run and gun documentary maker. It is sturdy, easy to use, and - as evidenced in the photo provided - works perfectly alongside a Rode VideoMic Pro.I can confirm that this stand is great in interview set-ups, where you want to get the microphone close to your subject (without requiring the use of a boom operator). I can also see myself using this for recording sound bites and voiceovers in the future and I imagine it would also be useful for singers too.In summary, if you are an indie filmmaker like myself, or an aspiring or established singer/voice-over artist, I can only recommend this item: especially at the price-point it is being sold at.The absence of a carry case should not dissuade buyers from purchasing, as these can be picked up for £5-10 on Amazon if required anyway. For those in a similar position to myself, I would assume that this would be unimportant regardless, as I personally drive to shoots - chucking my equipment in the boot of my car - therefore carry bags aren’t essential for items such as stands and tripods, as they’re just another thing to lose on the day!*I received this item in exchange for an honest, impartial review.

Absolutely love this mic stand it has a sturdy base and holds my large recording mic very well. It has lots of versatility too, I highly recommend!

è arrivata nei tempi prestabiliti all'interno di un cartone. All'interno c'erano anche due testine per il microfono e un codice sconto per un eventuale altro acquisto dal sito del venditore!Non è né troppo robusta, né troppo leggera... direi il giusto!Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! L'ho già utilizzata e non mi ha dato alcun tipo di problema.
