Centrum Performance Tablets Multivitamin & Mineral Supplements, 21 essential nutrients, including vitamin C, D, and Iron, 60 ct

I still don't know if the improvement in my daily tasks is from Ginseng or from the multivitamin and minerals complex...After trying a cheaper product that was a simple multivitamin and had no extra features, and sadly feeling no improvements, I bought this Centrum. Of course Centrum is more expensive, but considering the ones I had before this is the only one that meets the same specs as the ones I had a long time ago.Afraid that the normal Centrum would not be as good as this one, I bought Performance instead. Regarding its specs I have to say that there are always some values that have higher or lower quantities comparing with others but from what I've read it's very good, comparing it to some renowned multivitamin products from sport brands I can say that it's at the same level.Very good product, after 3 or 4 days of taking one tablet a day I felt an improvement in energy (I don't drink much coffee now, before 5 or 6 per day was normal and still...).One thing that still makes me take multivitamins is that in the morning I struggle to get out of bed because when I am extremely tired I just can't get up... now, I get up and immediately feel that I'm awake. On the first week there was one day I woke up at 5 A.M. almost 2h before the alarm clock, and felt that I could start the day right then.It depends on everybody's needs but if you can pay a bit more and Centrum is not expensive considering the specs, I'd recommend it! If in the UK then you can buy directly from Amazon that I can't because they don't send this to Portugal and then I think it's the best, you pay half of what I do!!Excellent product! Thanks!

If you're like me, someone who works long days and does a mixture of gym, running, squash, football and even motorsports, I have found this to be an excellent vitamin. It has certainly aided (can't prove it) my immune system and I suspect that this down to ensuring my body is getting the correct dosage of vitamins it needs! Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied, great equipment, worth the price

Ok so this Multivitamin is easy to swallow and gives you a wide range of vitamins and mineralsI have being taking these for 3 months now, Do I feel different well to be honest no even though I am all these extra vits and mins I don't feel like a new person but just knowing I am helping my body and health is a benefit. With todays food most vits and mins are lost so that extra help cant be a bad thing right?

I run and exercise every day so I need something strong to keep my body and mind going as they should. These are the vitamins I found which are most complex with lots of minerals and vitamins. I get enough energy for the whole day if I take 1 after breakfast, daily. I taste and smell nothing, which is good. Swallowing is easy, unlike some other vitamins. The price is cheapest here in Amazon.
