Thrilled!
Have been suffering from insomnia for three months. Never had it before. Went to doctors, therapists, thought I might be pre-menopausal as am 43 so decided to take these tablets. After taking this for a week I’ve started to doze in-front of the Tv again even before I take my sleeping tablet. Also noticing I’m not shedding as much hair all around the house. So was interested to see if people mentioned their hair being in better condition (which I can see from the reviews they have) I’m thrilled with the results, as they are all perks I wasn’t expecting, all I was really hoping for was get a good multi-vitamin for my age.

I'm usually a well woman max buyer
Bought this because wellwoman max was out of stock, but I've been feeling the absence of the vitamin d and calcium, I'm tired and feel achy all the time. They are big tablets so I would not consider them easy to swallow, they also have an unpleasant smell and taste but if you swallow them fast I guess you don't notice it.

شفت المدح عليه و شريته لكن صراحة يمغص البطن مرررررة ...و لتخفيف المغص حاولي تاخذيه على معدة مملوءة كويس يعني بعد الوجبة الرئيسية و افصلي الحبتين عن بعض ع الاقل ربع ساعة مستمرة عليه من اربع ايام بس ما اعتقد اكرر التجربة مع الاستمرار عليه خف المغص كثيرررر ممكن تعودت عليه لكن ثقيل شوي ع المعدة ...و صراحة فرق معاي النشاط مررررة احس اني نشيطة طول اليوم احسن من قبل و النوم صار افضل ...
