I commenced taking this product about 3 weeks in to what is now a 9 week cold/virus (and counting).. so it possesses no curative properties, which doesn't mean it won't act as a preventative measure (against colds etc). It should also be noted that, at the same time as commencing these, I also started taking a separate vit B12, vit D3, and vit K2, so any changes noted over the same period could be as much or entirely about either of these, singularly or synergistically.This aside, I 'think', under neath the cold, I do feel slightly better, a little more energetic.. but not massively, and this could be due to commencing vitB12 which, as a vegetarian of +15 years, I've almost certainly been deficient in. It's obviously hard to gauge whilst under par. What I can say is that, where in winter, and particularly when under par as I am currently, I would normally get frequent cold sores, for the 6 weeks or so that I've taken these vitamins (inc the product under review), I haven't had a cold sore - good sign? Also, my facial skin over the last few winters hasn't reacted well to the cold, often becoming red and inflamed, but since commencing this vitamin compound it hasn't looked quite as bad.Reading the below article:-http://fixyourgut.com/opinion-if-you-take-a-multivitamin-how-do-you-know-that-the-multi-you-are-taking-is-the-best-part-1-what-to-look-for-and-what-to-avoid-in-a-multivitamin-supplement/I did notice that the product under review seems to use many of the less favourable/cheaper components/ingredients, for example.. the useless version of vitB12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (versus the favoured folate), and the usual mass market fillers like magnesium stearate and stearic acid, to name but a few..You have to question the credibility of the product based on the addition of a "worthless" component - vit B12 Cyanocobalamin.Also, in today's market, why does a product listed as "Vegetarian" not have this marked anywhere on the product container? The vendor had attached a separate sticker onto the bottle to identify it as "Vegetarian". Odd?I'll finish my Nature's Way product then I plan to try "Garden of Life: Kind Organic Men's Wholefood Multivitamin" as this was recommended to me by a person known to me, and on closer inspection appears less inclined to cut corners with cheaper less favourable options..Thereafter, I may try something else, e.g the "Thorn Research.." product quoted in part 2 of the linked article..Update (8th Jan 2016): The main benefit from this that I was seeing was no cold sores - hidden benefits, as not really "feeling" any other benefits. Now that's gone as I got a cold sore this week. In short, I currently feel no better or worse than I did when I commenced taking this product and therefore I can find NO reason to recommend it.

I genuinely don't think this made ANY impact to me - energy levels, to skin to overall feeling in comparison to some vitamins I have just purchased from Terra Nova that have shown optimal results in less than a month. Disappointed and also didn't come with iron. Thumbs down.

My wife and myself are really loyal consumer of this product. We can feel how this product boost up our immune system, make us feel better each day after a long and stressful day at work. I would really highly recommend this product to everyone who wants to be healthy. I must admit I don't really eat proper meals (complete) everyday because of the kind of work that I do, but thankfully there is Alive to supplement my very poor diet. Whenever I feel that my immune system is weak I take 3 capsules each day and you can feel the difference afterwards. I have never seen a supplement that has Fruit and Veggie blend altogether in one capsule. Normally you would buy separately, but with Alive most of the things you need are there. So this is really great. The only downside is the size of the capsule. It is a bit big to swallow. I would probably recommend it to be crushed or break into small pieces for those who finds it difficult to swallow one capsule. Other than this, there is nothing bad I can say about this product.

A potentially helpful preventative measure for those of us who take vitamins but want them to actually get absorbed by the body.I take vitamins to boost my immune system, especially during and after antibiotics.(Along with a good pro-biotic)I actually prefer the 'No Iron Added' version, as those seem less dense and seem to digest more easily.The main appeal for me is to avoid synthetic vitamins, as I'm sceptical of the level of benefit they offer due to absorption/efficacy.

My sister in America first told me about Alive 2 years ago and I've been taking it ever since.I used to get 2 or 3 colds every year but since taking Alive I've not had a single cold. The tablets are fairly large but I have no problem swallowing them. I would not be without this supplement - it definitely works for me and I only take ONE a day

The Natures Way Alive! Multivitamins came just a few days after ordered, well packed and untouched.I find the quality of these Multivitamins very good - much more things in-there & I also find that they are really working and are really alive - being digested and giving the body the needed naturally extracted vitamins, unlike the artificially made, which just colour one's urine. So, I do recommend them to others !
