Do you know how big these capsules are and how many do you have to take daily?

They are the size of a kidney bean an the other capsule is like oil filled capsule just like cod liver oil capsules.Since they are of two types, so u need to take 2+1 capsule daily.Hope I answered the question.

Expiry date is September 2020 manufacture date was October 2017.

I don't know Imedeen but I think Perfectil Max is amazing stuff. My nails no longer peel and are long and strong and my hairdresser has noticed how much thicker my hair is. It has the taste of reconstituted grass but I highly recommend the stuff.
