This product was recommended to me and is very good quality. It really does help me sleep at night and I’d highly recommend it. I’m on my 3rd order. The only thing I'd mention is that I found the pills quite tricky to swallow, but this has resolved with time.

Seems good hard to tell how it compares

I've been taking these a while now, they do help with muscle aches and pains. I'm in my 50s and had slipped into a poor state of health while waiting for surgery. Muscle spasms throughout the day and through the night and difficulty sleeping because of it.I did try other ones but they were higher dosage and, I think, caused palpitations - this strength doesn't and it still works well. I take one before bed.

Absolutely amazing stuff!! I had real sleep issues (ADHD) and these worked within a couple of nights. Recommended them to so many people.
