Due to illness, my diet is quite restricted. I've been taking vitamins to try and fill in the gaps and Centrum has been doing a grand job.I have regular blood tests and my blood is very healthy, from a vitamin and mineral stand point, so that's one thing I don't have to worry about.I'll continue to use Centrum because it's taking proper care of me 😉👍🏼

Bought these after being advised to take daily multivitamins. While some brands have minuscule amounts these contain excellent percentages of the recommended daily allowance. Reassuring that when I told my GP which ones I was taking he nodded and said excellent choice!

They have a pretty wide selection of vitamins and minerals and not too expensive, bottle is fine keeps things fresh.

delivered on time. good quality multivitamin for over 50. small enough to swallow easily.

Probably not the best quality multivitamins on the market but they work and they are affordable . I certainly feel better for taking them .

I bought these took them every day but......had blood tests a few months later and showed I was completely depleted of vit d..so not for me..boots own boosted my levels again .also not the easiest to swallow as quite big..so im happy in knowing I never have to order them again..God bless NHS;)
